Solutions

• PA 6000 PRINT AND APPLY-Print labels on demand with Zebra Pax print engines and apply to many substrates.

• A101 Round Product Labeler- Belt Wrap General Purpose – Up to 150BPM and will wrap round bottles with a diameter up to 4” 

• A107 Round Product Labeler- Pneumatic Cradle Wrap – A Round Wrap applicator that uses pneumatic roller cradle assembly to hold the bottle against a stationary rotating hard rubber roller. The product is cradled on 3 sides which provides exceptional Label quality. The machine  also includes the capability to do dual labeling(wine bottle Front & Back) and orientation labeling. Capacity to 6” and speeds up to 60bpm 

.• A920 Front and Back Labeler - This is a really nice machine. Servo Front and Back labeler with tilt heads and overhead swivel HMI as standard. Capable of labeling Oval, Square, or Rectangular Products up to 6” wide and 11” high at rates up to 200bpm  

• A923 Front Back and Round Labeler- Belt wrap This machines combines the capability of round labeling and front and back labeling into one machine. It is perfect for customers who have both full wrap and front and back requirements. A great machine for contract packagers.

• A201 Horizontal Labeler - This machine will label most small diameter round products that would have difficulty being conveyed vertically. Great for Chapstick, Markers, Tubes, Vials, ect. Up to 250BPM with Diameters under 1”  

• A732 Top and Bottom Labeler-This machine comes in several model styles and has the capability of labeling the top and bottom of products as well as performing a Clamshell C-Wrap.Very versatile machine that comes standard with Dual side belts for the best material handling for small lightweight        product
